ITS provides support to migration of control systems, design, development and implementation of control strategies; troubleshooting and commissioning and start up support for new projects, revamp, migration in the pharmaceutical, oil & gas, power plants and chemical industries.

Batch system programming. Software Design Specifications development (SDS)

Review and update Functional Design Specification and System Detail Design documents, commissioning DeltaV system, Startup Support and troubleshooting.

System Programming, Installation and Commissioning of application for Bioreactors. Support during and post start-up and troubleshooting.

Configure new TFF DeltaV Phases, control and equipment modules. Conduct SAT for new TFF phases and modules. Troubleshoot and improvement of new TFF phases and modules.

Develop new Urea Evaporator Functional Requirements Specifications. SAT support for new Evaporator control and equipment modules and update automation documentation.

Develop new Urea Evaporator Functional Requirements Specifications. SAT support for new Evaporator control and equipment modules and update automation documentation.

Develop Waste Water Treatment Plant Functional Specifications.

Configure Waste Water Treatment plant new DeltaV control system. Provide assistance on SAT for new DeltaV control and equipment modules and update automation documentation.

Research and development of process control improvements. Design and configure new DeltaV control and equipment modules and update automation documentation.

Design and Configure the DeltaV process simulation system using Mimic v3.0x. Design, develop and integration of Emerson Process DeltaV Process Control System. Review and approve process automation code test protocols. Execute control module, equipment module and phase validation protocols. Troubleshoot and improve automation configuration.

Review and update Functional Design Specifications and control system detail design documents. 

Commissioning DeltaV system using Foundation Fieldbus, DeviceNet, CHARM IO. 

FAT Testing Support for Centrifuge and Utilities systems including the Glycol system.

Foundation Fieldbus protocol used for the commissioning and start-up of a DeltaV 10.3 and Emerson Syncade MES. Evaluate and identify control module issues and propose solutions. Equipment Module design and implementation. Batch layer code design and implementation. FAT support.

Commissioning and start-up support on a DeltaV platform, 3000 DST (device signal tag), for a Bio facility, utilizing ASI-bus, Foundation Fieldbus, Profibus and DeviceNet technology.

Commissioning protocols relating to Utilities, 30L, 300L, and 3000L Fermentors, CIP Storage, Buffer, Media Preparation and Recovery areas. This work included the testing of the non-batch portion of the DeltaV control system, functional testing of equipment modules, loop checks, verification that configuration matches the intended design and testing of operator interface.
